Yearbook Fusion Tips!

Happy yearbook season!

We know this can be a stressful time for schools, so we've decided to get involved! We will be periodically sending out Yearbook Fusion tips to help you get the most out of the software and let you know about new and less obvious features.
**  How are you creating your Student Class Pages?  **
In order to help with using Yearbook Fusion for this major activity, we are providing a series of tips in separate emails:
  • Tip 1: Importing the Photographer CD into the student database
  • Tip 2: Editing the student database
  • Tip 3: Create the student class pages from the student database
Yearbook Fusion has the capability to import the CD that your school photographer has provided with the pictures of your students and staff.
The process is not as easy as it sounds since not all photographer CD’s provided are provided in the exact correct format.  This will cause the import process to be wrong or fail.
You may do one of the following:
Option 1:  Save Time and Effort
We will verify the photographer PSPA format CD and import/load it into the student database for you at no charge. If there are any problems, we can let you know or work directly with your photographer to correct any problems. Just send the CD  to us by Feb. 1, 2015.

Option 2: Learn how to import the photographer CD yourself

Ask us for an instructional PDF on how to import the CD yourself!
Also, see this link to an instructional video:

It is always a pleasure hearing from our customers.  Also, if you have any tips that you would like to share with others, please let us know and we will pass it along.

Have fun designing your best yearbook ever!
